Fleet Maintenance SystemTM  (FMS)
Fleet Maintenance System
Are you tired of trying to figure out the fuel efficiency of your company's car fleet? What about the time spent producing the reports that show the cost of all of the vehicle's repairs in the past 3 months? Well the Fleet Maintenance System is just what your company needs. Not only can the Fleet Maintenance System help you manage your fleet inventory, fuel usage and repair costs; but it can also create detailed reports for you.

The Fleet Maintenance System offers a user friendly interface that allows quick and effortless data entry for your entire fleet. It is very easy to set up and get started on tracking the fuel usage, repairs costs, maintenance costs, and so much more.

Once your data is entered, there is a graphical display of the reports right there on the screen! Just select the report that you would like to review and choose whether you want to see that report based on all vehicles for the month, a single vehicle, all vehicles that match a specific type, or even a department's fleet of vehicles. This makes keeping up with the vehicles effortless.

Let the Fleet Maintenance System help you manage your fleet and keep the stress to a minimum!

Smart PhoneTechies at the Bottom - Is my phone smart?

Recently I was asked what makes that a smart phone? I honestly had never put much thought into that question. I just wanted a phone that was wi-fi capable and be able to access my email on the go. Does that make it smart? In a way, yes it does. Smart phones are deemed so because they are not just a cell phone, but also a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) all rolled into one. From a smart phone you can surf the web, download apps, send and receive emails, sync your contacts to your personal computer, and even review Office documents.

The key to smart phones is that they have an operating system that makes them run similar to a mini-computer.  You can check your calendar and send an email to your client letting them know that you are in fact available that day without having to log in to your computer.  You can review Microsoft Office documents and on some platforms you can even edit those documents, and then you can turn around and download an app for your 3-year-old that helps him learn how to add and subtract in a fun way.
