Mandi Hix joined dscTech, Inc. in July of 2007. Since that time, Mandi has gone from Administrative Assistant all the way up to Software Engineer. |
Mandi enjoys spending time with her husband of 4 years, Alan, and their 3 year old son, Trey. She also enjoys camping and being outdoors as much as possible.

Mandi Hix joined dscTech, Inc. in July of 2007. Since then, she has changed the look and feel of our company with her awesome graphical design skills and creative talents.
She is also responsible for starting dscTech's web design division. By jumping in and learning web development and combining this with her graphical design talents, she has become the best web programmer we know, all in less than three years. She is now in the process of adding HTML interfaces to our RLJL Suite.
In addition to this, she is now helping us develop and maintain our RLJL programming language and our fastest growing system, the ASN.
We are proud to announce the promotion of Mandi Hix to Software Engineer. We feel that she has more than earned this new title, and we are very excited about her future here at dscTech. |

 dscTech, Inc. attended the Georgia Telephone Association (GTA) Showcase on February 9th and 10th in Macon, Georgia. We would like to thank everyone who stopped by our booth and viewed our product display. ASN - What makes it SO special?
The RLJL Alarm Surveillance and Notification System (ASN) has tons of features that can be customized specifically for your company. Not only can you get important alarms that your equipment is sending out, but you can get the ASN to react to those alarms. Is that what makes it special? While that does make it remarkable, that is not why it is special. What makes the ASN special is that you can customize it yourself! We pride ourselves in creating a user friendly interface, so that you can do everything, from the installation to the notification process, all by yourself. The only thing that you have to have is knowledge of how to connect to and communicate with the equipment. Everything else is covered in the User Guide. Of course, if you do run into any trouble we are here to help guide you. With any ASN package we offer a minimum of 10 hours offsite support for up to 30 days after installation! If your company does not have the amount of time required to get the ASN up and running, we can do the install and initial setup as well.

We here at dscTech want to express the importance of reliable antivirus software. We have noticed an influx of phone calls related to virus problems on personal computers, and would like to help you protect your home or business computer.
