RLJL Enterprise Communication Server™(ECS)
"Old Reliable"
The RLJL Enterprise Communication Server™ (ECS) was introduced by dscTech to its clients back in 1998. There have been many version upgrades to get this software system to where it is today. The RLJL ECS is a very dynamic tool that will enable any company to automate everyday repetitive tasks in order to free up its people to work on projects that will make the company more productive and profitable. In today's work environment where there are less people doing more work, it is important to have the capablility to improve efficiency.
Some of the benefits of the ECS are as follows:
· Customer Service - Allows customer service representatives to immediately add or change lines or features without direct access to the switch or other peripherals.
· Central Office - Provides secure remote access to the Central Office equipment.
· Revenue - Controls errors to prevent loss of revenue.
· Task Automation - Can be programmed to handle everyday recurring tasks.
These are just a few of the benefits that the RLJL ECS can offer to your company. In addition, you can be the one to dictate what it can do for you. With the Proprietary Button Object Programming (BOP) language, you can specify any task you want to be accomplished making the benefits endless.
This past June we released yet another version of the RLJL ECS, Version 6. This version takes a great product and makes it even better. With its abilities to sort information into an Excel spreadsheet or put information into a PDF format for easy viewing, the ECS is a total package upgrade. The options are endless as to how this system can benefit your organization..
Still not convinced that you need an ECS system or an upgrade for your current ECS to the new version? Read the testimony we received from JD Rhodes, a client from ComSouth Telecommunications, Inc. JD emailed me a few weeks ago to let us know how much he liked the ECS because of its versatility.
JD Wrote: "I loaded the dscTech ECS back on our CSR's computers with scripted buttons that allowed them to see the status of our FTTH ONT's, Ethernet and Video ports. They are able to turn service off to customers who have not paid their bill and also turn them back on when they pay. After we retired the DMS in December of last year, we used the ECS for only parsing some billing files for our answering service and resetting 1,330 voice mail boxes each summer for dorm students, but now it is getting back into use. The ECS is one of the most versatile tools I have and have used it for many things. I just wanted to let you all know that I still find it useful and I'm very happy to have it."
I would like to thank JD for his comments, and just like JD, many of you have the ECS in operation but may or may not be using it to its fullest capabilities. We at dscTech would like to show you how you can use the ECS to make your life easier and to help you automate everyday tasks so your associates will be in a position to get more accomplished. If you already have an ECS, why not consider upgrading to the v6 and take advantage of all the new features. If you do not have an ECS system currently, we can get you set up with a quick phone call or email.
For more information on purchasing an ECS system, upgrading your current system to Version 6 or just to let us know how you are using the ECS in your place of business, please email me at sales@dsctech.net or call 706-856-3282.
