GUI Services Manager - An Essential Telephone Company Tool

submitDo you currently offer your customers the ability to add or delete service (i.e. phone, Internet, IPTV, CATV, etc.) and add or delete features online?  If so, does an employee of your company have to re-enter the information submitted by the customer into the appropriate systems in order for the changes to take place?

The GUI Services Manager can automate this process so that double entry of information is avoided.  All your company needs is an input form on your web site that contains all the information needed to change the service.  Once the information is submitted by the customer, the GUI Services Manager processes the data and distributes the information to the appropriate personnel or equipment without any human interaction.

If you are interested in learning more about the GUI Services Manager, check out the GUI page of our web site or contact Melissa Green at mandi@dsctech.net.
